On this occasion, we were contacted by the director of a partnered training provider, late in the evening, in complete panic! They had a course commencing at 8:30am the very next morning...the trainer was too unwell to complete the training! And guess what?...Every other trainer they knew was already completing work for other companies...nightmare situation to be in!

We received a telephone call from a partnered training provider, they had just won a large contract with a new customer! Brilliant News!
The problem they had, is their current bank of preferred trainers, were all booked up and looking after their Open & Private courses already...what can you do other than let people down either way? This really wasn't an option for them...
They required a number of new trainers to support them across various courses, but didn't have time to ring around, make new relations and get people all set up...which can literally take weeks and months to bring new people onboard.
As we already vet all of our partnerships and trainers, the training provider could be assured that we could draft people in to support with the new bookings, and then be able to book these trainers through us, whenever required to meet the large demand of the new customer. Phew...what a relief!
